WHY DO I NEED TO UNDERTAKE AN INSPECTION

Building and pest inspections may be necessary for banks or lenders. With this being said an inspection also gives reassurance that you have taken all due diligence and understood the basic condition of the property you are selling or purchasing.

Having an expert undertake this is imperative to having a thorough knowledge and understanding of the property and any underlying problems that may be present.
